What is the struggle for dentists,
Especially women?
As female dentists, we face a variety of unique struggles. From making only 83% of our male counterparts’ income to having to juggle a multitude of duties, including professional duties, running a business, and managing a household, the challenges can be overwhelming. Recent surveys have even shown that 68% of female dentists find it difficult to keep all these tasks in check.
The Dental Roots Project provides resources to help female dentists, such as support and advice from other dentists, as well as networking opportunities to connect with other professionals in the field. With these resources, we can find success and support to navigate our professional and personal lives.

Just a few aspects of this business that we are proud to offer is our profit-sharing program, as well as our in-house management team. We created a system where all onboarding and training exist under one centralized unit to simplify communication and routine.
